From customers (study submitters):

• Email address (for order confirmation and report delivery)
• Product name and description (to generate your pricing study)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number)

From studies (during processing):

• AI-generated price sensitivity responses (retained as proof of work)
• Generated reports and analysis (delivered to you)

What we do NOT collect:

• We do not track browsing behavior or use advertising cookies
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not retain your payment card details

How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your orders
• To deliver pricing reports and CSV data to your email
• To improve our service and fix errors
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Use

Data Retention

Order records and study logs are retained for the operational lifetime of the service. Study response data is retained as proof of work for customer dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your data by contacting the company.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. The company does not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment information handling.

Data Security

Product descriptions, generated responses, and persona data are stored securely and treated as confidential. Access is restricted to essential operational personnel.

Local AI Processing

The company performs all AI inference on locally hosted language models at its private facility. Your product descriptions and generated responses are never sent by us to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic cloud APIs.
