Price Predictor provides AI-generated pricing research reports. Each study is performed by AI agents built from anonymized, publicly available voter and opinion panel data. All responses are disclosed as AI-generated. All AI inference is performed on locally hosted models at our own private facility — your product data is never sent by us to third-party cloud AI providers.
You agree NOT to use Price Predictor for:
By using our service, you agree to disclose that responses were generated by AI agents when reporting or publishing results. We provide suggested disclosure language with every report.
By submitting an order, you agree that Price Predictor and xpolls.ai retain the right to store generated responses as proof of work. Aggregate, anonymized study data may be used by xpolls.ai for service improvement and research. Individual customer product descriptions are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
If we fail to deliver your report, you will receive a full refund. Quality disputes should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Price Predictor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service does not guarantee that pricing recommendations will produce specific business outcomes, nor does it accept responsibility for decisions made based on report findings.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
